Starting a new job is never easy You have to learn your duties, where your place is in the business, get to know your co workers, and most importantly, get to know your customers. When you are a customer and you notice that the person thats helping you is new, please take the time to be patient, be a little forgiving, and please if you get frustrated dont show them; it tends to make them even more nervous. Just hang tight and remember that you once were new at a job too and it wasnt easy for you either.
